RAW ENERGY AND PASSION: A SPORTS PHOTO MARKET-PLACE.

Two good friends that share their passion for outdoor sports and photography decided to embark on an adventure together, creating LEN, a digital photography marketplace for outdoor sports. They want to create a community of both photographers and athletes that can work together to get the best out of their experiences.

LEN WANTED A MINIMAL, MODERN AND ENERGIZED BRAND THAT WOULDN’T BE DISTRACTING FROM THE PHOTOGRAPHY ITSELF, WHILE STILL KEEPING A VERY PERSONAL IDENTITY.

We approached LEN’s identity by keeping a bold, minimal and simple logo, playing with its dimensions and layouts and adding a touch of bright green, almost neon color. We used some iconography and lines to break the layouts and also give it the modern touch they were looking for. Even though this is a digital platform, the client wanted to avoid having a super tech looking brand.

After developing the identity with Panico Studio, I collaborated with Ana Vera to define LEN’s MVP functionalities and UX/UI, designing all screens involved in the initial stages of this marketplace and defining the following stages to keep evolving the product. The site is now under development and will be launched later this year in Latin America.
